I don't get the logic of how the seal "seals in" the lashes. Shouldn't it go on top? I always feel them sticky/ tacky

At first mine came out a bit sloppy, afterwards with practice mine came out really good, I mean really who’s going to know unless someone gets under your eyes and looks…❤ I am happy I checked out videos and learned 👀
